The hotel offers clean and relaxing rooms with comfortable beds and a bidet, although some noise from outside can disturb sleep. The spacious rooms provide amazing views of Manila de Bay, yet the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The friendly service staff is accommodating and helpful, always striving to meet guests' needs. The location is very nice and easily accessible to nearby venues but does witness some of Manila's poverty. The dining experience is delightful with various choices, although some may find it slightly pricey. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall experience.
